Added a more prominent message to alert the user that a similar type of response has already been created when performing a return, a notice of change, an acknowledgement and an entry in order to prevent the user from possibly creating a duplicate transaction.
Provided a new Duplicate File Warning during the approval of an ACH file. If the system detects a potential duplicate, a warning pop-up is shown so that the user can decide to cancel approving the file or continue to approve the file.

Created a new OFAC History Report to show the history of OFAC scans based on type and date range.
