Member Experience Changes
ACH
Fixed an issue to ensure that Users with the ACH Solutions View Only role cannot execute a Reversal on an ACH entry or batch.
Business Verification Launch
The new Business Verification service is now live with this release. This feature allows Members to validate essential business entity information for activities such as onboarding new partners or conducting due diligence. A few things to note about this launch:
Upon starting the Business Verification feature, Members will go through an interactive tutorial that will introduce the process using sample data.
Starting December 15th, all Beastro Users will have the ability to view the Business Verification information
The ability to order Business Verification reports requires a separate role, Business Verification Authority. All Beastro User Administrators will have this ability in their role as of December 15th and can assign the Business Verification Authority role as needed to other Users.
Before placing an order, Users will see a confirmation prompt detailing any applicable charges.
