Member Experience Changes

Member Details  

  • Member Overview – Added a Merged FIs tab to the Overview page to provide visibility of merged member credit union(s) related to the surviving credit union as well as indication if the merged credit union’s documents are available in the Documents module of the surviving credit union.  

  • Services – Added grouping of services by corporate vs credit union service organization (CUSO) services for enhanced clarity.  

Money Movement – ACH

  • Updated the logic for editing an ACH template to not allow the deletion of a newly added Batch or Entry that is in change review.  The User can cancel the change for adding a Batch or Entry to remove it from the template.  This prevents a circular change request loop if the added record is now marked as a deletion and the change is cancelled.

Money Movement - Wires

  • Replaced the “Same As” checkboxes when using the Domestic Wire wizard to create or edit a wire with a push button to set the information on the corresponding entity.  This is a graphical change to help the User understand the action just fills in the data when clicked.  

  • Limited the Find Wire pop-up screen to display 5 results at a time so the Apply buttons do not go off screen in a larger list.

  • Fixed the Back To link at the top left side of the page after saving changes made to a wire so the User only has to click once to return to the wire list page.

  • Added validation to the wire creation process for PACS 008 and PACS 004 to ensure that the charge amount is required when the Charge Bearer field is set to Creditor.  

  • Updated the Wire Export to PDF report to ensure the following appears as expected:

    • Remittance Information for an Outgoing Wire

    • Creditor Instructions for Incoming Wires  

Documents - Rates

  • Provided a new display and navigation of corporate rates along with matching pdf formats that will begin with this release. Historical rate pdfs will be accessible through a View Historical Rates link.

Billing  

  • Adjusted the Member and Product Line filters on the Billing Revenue report to provide selections prior to generating the report.  

Corporate  

  • Services – Added grouping of services by corporate vs credit union service organization (CUSO) services for enhanced clarity.  

  • Setup – Added setup and maintenance screens for Public APIs.
