Introduced a new User Copy Function within the Beastro Access Request process. This enhancement streamlines user setup and maintenance by allowing administrators to quickly copy roles and monetary limits from an existing user contact to an access request of a new or existing user.
A new "Copy from another Contact" link has been added to the Access Request screen. Users can select an eligible contact within the member organization as the source contact. The system compares the source contact's roles and monetary limits against those currently included in the access request and presents any differences for review.
By default, all eligible differences are selected for copying, with the exception of permissions identified as unavailable. Administrators can choose which roles and monetary limits to apply before updating the access request. Applying changes does not automatically submit the request, allowing further modifications prior to final submission.
Money Movement – ACH
Moved the File Direction selections (“Incoming”, “Outgoing”, or “Outgoing and Incoming”) into the Standard Entry Class (SEC) configuration area within ACH Fraud Settings. This enhanced filter configuration at the SEC level provides the ACH Setting Managers greater flexibility and control defining the transactions requiring ACH fraud scanning.
