# ACH Quarterly Archive

The ACH Quarterly Archive allows credit unions to download all ACH activity quarterly for retention purposes.

To access a quarterly archive, Users must have one of the following roles: ACH Settings Manager, ACH Solutions Document Viewer, or Document Viewer role.

## Downloading the ACH Quarterly Archive

1. Navigate to the **Documents** module
2. Provide filtering information to narrow document results:
  1. **Document Name**: contains ACH Archive
  2. **Document Type**: ACH Quarterly Archive
  3. **Document Date**: update date range, may go back six years
3. Click the **Document Name hyperlink** to access the appropriate Quarterly Archive
4. Save the file locally (Save As)
5. Navigate to the saved file
6. Extract the file to its own folder (ex. unzip or right-click and Extract All)
  1. In the pop-up, save the extracted file to the appropriate folder
  2. Click **Extract All**
7. Navigate to the new folder after the contents are extracted
8. Double-click the file labeled **Index**
9. In the upper right-hand corner, select the **ACH hyperlink** to view a breakdown of ACH files (incoming and outgoing) by day
  1. Click the hyperlink for a specific day to review the raw ACH data.
10. In the upper right-hand corner, select the **Reports hyperlink** to view a human-readable breakdown of ACH files
  1. Click the hyperlink for a specific day to review the ACH data.
