The ACH Search screen provides the User with an area to filter and search for ACH transactions.
Transactions may be incoming or outgoing, and if desired, the User may take action on entries from within this area.
The ACH Search screen is visible only with applicable permissions.
Search for ACH Transactions
The User must provide search criteria prior to clicking the Search button.
To filter and search within a file, enter text into the search field at the top of the screen and click the Search button.
Using the Search field will search across the following fields:
Batch
- Company Name
- Company Entry Description
- Company Discretionary Data
- Company Descriptive Date
- Originating DFI ID (8 characters)
- Originator Identification (IAT)
Entry
- Receiving DFI Routing Number (9 characters)
- Receiving Account
- Receiver Name
- Identification Number
- Discretionary Data
- Trace Number
Alternately, Users may utilize the column headers located within the table, and then click the Search button once the criteria has been entered.
Sorting and filtering is available on all columns. Click the arrow next to the column header to sort the column. The orange arrow indicates which column is currently sorting the information. Search within a column by typing information into various search boxes located just under the column header, or by utilizing the column dropdown, if available. Once the desired search information has been entered, a list of ACH transactions is displayed. To clear filters, click the x located in the search box, or click the Clear filters option at the top right side of the card. To see additional transaction detail columns for ACH files, click and slide the grey bar located at the bottom of the columns.
The User may export the list of wire information to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Export to XLSX button.
Take Action on Search Results
Actions available on transaction are only enabled in the menu when valid ACH transactions are selected. Actions available are enabled only when specific criteria is met.

Reverse | Outgoing, Status is Accepted or Accepted with Errors, and no Errors on this entry, only available to use within 5 days of the Effective Entry Date of the outgoing transaction |
