BAI (Bank Administration Institute) transaction history exports provide a credit union with a standardized file format for transmitting financial data. This data is typically used in conjunction with software the credit union uses to enable automated reconciliation of statements.
On-Demand BAI Export
Beastro Users with the Accounts View Only role may access the BAI2 export option on-demand from the Transactions tab in the Accounts module. Please review the Transactions knowledgebase article for more steps to manually export a BAI2 export.
Please note, the on-demand export generates with the information currently reflected in the transaction history, and depending on the time of day may not yet include all transactions or end of day balances if the current date is included in the export.
SFTP Delivery for BAI Export
Credit unions may request automated delivery of BAI2 exports via SFTP (delivered or picked up) on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Please contact the Corporate for more information.
