# Cash Letter Deposits

Corporate credit unions may offer Cash Letter Deposit (Image Deposit) to members. When members utilize the Cash Letter Deposit service, an image file is sent to the cash letter vendor that contains images of all the checks collected at the credit union. The Cash Letter Deposit posting information is obtained from the cash letter vendor and those transactions are posted to member accounts in Beastro.

## Review of Transaction Activity

1. Once Cash Letter Deposit transactions are posted in Beastro, the Transaction Activity can be viewed by navigating to **Accounts** > **Cash Letter Deposits**

3. Cash Letter Deposit transaction activity within the specified date range will populate on the screen
4. Click **Cash Letter ID**on the appropriate row to view full transaction details
  1. If desired, the list of transactions can be exported to a PDF or XLSX file
