ALM360 Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is the central launchpad of the ALM360. It provides users with a customizable interface that streamlines access to all major applications, reports, and analytics tools. Designed for efficiency and ease of use, the Dashboard helps credit union Users navigate the platform quickly and intuitively.

  • 25 Shortcut Tiles: Users can configure up to 25 application shortcuts for fast access.
  • Manage Dashboard Menu: Allows Users to add, remove, or rearrange tiles based on their preferences.
  • Live Data Integration: Many dashboard tiles link directly to real-time analytics and reporting modules.
  • User-Specific Configuration: Each User’s dashboard is tied to their login credentials and data access rights.


How to Use the Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Investment module
  2. Click the ALM360 tab
  3. The User is directed to the My Dashboard page

The ALM platform is highly customizable to all Users to create an experience that best aligns with daily goals and operations. Users may 

  • Customize Shortcuts by clicking on the “Manage Dashboard” dropdown.
  • Select applications or reports to pin to your dashboard.
  • Rearrange tiles by dragging and dropping.
  • Launch Applications by clicking any tile to open the corresponding module (e.g., CECL Analytics, Investment Management, Financial Simulation).


Update Preferences

  • Use the settings icon to adjust display preferences, such as tile size or layout.
  • Save configurations for future sessions.

Cycle Selection

Before making any updates, be sure to select the cycle in which you intend to make changes by using the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
