To login to the Beastro platform, Users must first be setup as contacts, and then must be provided portal access to view and transact on their accounts. To ensure optimal performance, please refer to the System Requirements. Additionally, all Users accessing the Beastro portal are required to have an IP address, or range of IP addresses, on file. Review IP Addresses for more information.

Logging In

User Administrators must enroll contacts into the Beastro system prior to initial access. Once enabled, a User will receive an invitation via email. The invitation will contain a link that directs the User to provide an email address and click Send verification code. A six-digit code will be sent to the User's email address.

Email addresses must match what is on file for the User within the Beastro system.

Once the verification code is received, the User will type or copy/paste it into the Verification Code box and click Verify code. If necessary, the User may elect to Send new code. Any new codes requested are sent to the email address on file for the User.

Once the code has been verified, the User may click Continue to proceed with the registration process.

After a User has completed the first-time login registration, subsequent logins will require entry of the User's email address and the password created during registration.

If an incorrect email address or password is entered, the User will receive the following message: "Invalid username or password."

The login solution utilizes a Microsoft-based smart lockout algorithm. Accounts are locked after five failed attempts. Lockouts last for one minute and have a sliding duration with subsequent lockouts. Once locked out, Users may use the Forgot your password option to reset the password.

Password Creation
