Accounts Overview allows Users to check current balances for share accounts, certificate accounts, and loan accounts.
Summary Cards
View deposit account balances, future-dated transaction totals, and loan balances at-a-glance with summary cards located at the top of the page.
On the Deposits summary card, click the Deposit Holds hyperlink to view additional information for deposit holds. Within the corresponding pop-up, Users can easily find specific hold information. Sorting and filtering is available on all columns. Click the arrow next to the column header to sort the column. The orange arrow indicates which column is currently sorted. Search within a column by typing information into the Search and/or the date range boxes located just under the header for each column.
Review future transactions on the Future Dated summary card by clicking the Cash Letters or ACH hyperlinks. Columns are sortable and may be filtered in the same manner as described above.
On the Loans summary card, click the Credit Holds hyperlink to view additional information for credit holds. Within the corresponding pop-up, users can easily find specific hold information. Letters of Credit may be viewed by clicking on the Letters of Credit hyperlink.
Account Cards
Accounts are sorted into account cards that are specific to each account type - Share Accounts, EBA Accounts, Certificate Accounts, Settlement Loans, and Term and Demand Loans.
Sorting and filtering is available on all columns in each account card. Click the arrow next to the column header to sort the column. The orange arrow indicates which column is currently sorted. Search within a column by typing information into the Search and/or the date range boxes located just under the header for each column.
View closed accounts by clicking the Show Closed Accounts toggle.
Users may select the number of rows to view on each account card.
A Total of Accounts for the specific account card is listed at the bottom of the card.
Clicking on an account hyperlink displays additional information about the account. From within the account information screen, clicking the Export to PDF button generates a printer-friendly version of the page.
