Beastro is a single secure platform for credit unions to interact, engage, and transact their digital financial services and operations. Through enhanced security, business intelligence, and open API architecture, Beastro leverages a single application to enhance the credit union’s experience with the corporate, their business partners, and their members.

Mobile App

Beastro is going mobile to provide a secure application to keep business processes moving even when you are on the go.

  • Notifications:  Provide the ability to receive notifications via Beastro Mobile.

  • Workflow processing:  Allow for any type of workflow action for approval, rejection, etc. to be performed through the mobile application.

SimpliCD Dashboard

Introduce a dashboard of account information for SimpliCD accounts of a member.

Single Sign On (SSO) Integration

Single Sign On (SSO) will deliver SSO for corporate credit unions using Beastro and needing to offer member a single sign on experience with other corporate credit union applications.

Artificial Intelligence Marketplace

The Artificial Intelligence Marketplace, embedded into Beastro, will be designed to provide member credit unions with a comprehensive suite of AI models to enhance their operations and member engagement. This marketplace offers predictive analytics, fraud detection, and personalized marketing solutions, enabling credit unions to leverage AI technology for improved decision-making and operational efficiency. One area of high importance is ongoing education on the functionality, results review, analytics, and how to effectively utilize the data provided by these AI models.

We are accepting credit unions wanting to participate in our pilot program. If interested, contact gregg.tushaus@corpcu.com.

Fraud Detection

  • Real‑time and manual ACH transaction scans with configurable execution modes (Automatic / Manual / Disabled) at the member‑CU level.

  • Scan types: Account Status and Account Ownership (AOA) validation on ACH transactions before release.

  • Selective hold & split: Option to split suspect outgoing transactions into a separate ACH file so non‑suspect items proceed without delay.

  • Cost‑aware re‑use window: Ability to retain and re‑use prior scan results for a defined period to reduce duplicate inquiry costs.

  • Beastro‑embedded workflows: Fraud scans embedded in our Beastro money‑movement flows.

Integrations

  • Core banking system integrations

  • Digital Banking integrations

  • Financial technology and financial services industry integrations

Stablecoin Custody and Exchange Services

  • Seamless exchange. Members convert supported stablecoins to USD inside their credit union’s digital banking app, without managing their own wallets or settlement partners.

  • Secure custody. Assets are held by an institutional-grade third-party qualified custodian on multi-party-computation infrastructure. Beastro does not build custody and no credit union holds keys.

  • Fast settlement. Once stablecoins are sent, USD is credited to both the credit union and the member’s account, with confirmations and compliance checks handled automatically.

  • In-channel experience. Members stay in their trusted credit union environment, with integrated KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, and configurable limits.

  • Real-time posting to member and credit union sub-accounts, including support for micropayments.

  • Transparent fees, with optional add-ons for enhanced analytics and instant payouts.

TSDA Distribution and Sub-Account Custody

  • Master wallet with sub-account ledger. The corporate holds the master wallet; Beastro maintains the sub-ledger recording each participating credit union’s position. Participating credit unions do not operate wallets of their own.

  • Removes wallet operations and key management from institutions that have neither the staff nor the appetite for them — the single largest adoption barrier in the program.

  • Real-time attribution of outstanding token supply, turning concentration monitoring and reserve placement into ledger queries rather than reconciliation exercises.

  • Fair redemption sequencing, pro-rated at the sub-ledger level instead of resolving first-come-first-served on chain.

  • Liquidity calls become internal book transfers between accounts at the same institution.

  • Held as customer property — segregated, off balance sheet, and protected from the claims of the corporate’s creditors and any sub-custodian.

  • Layered authorization. Beastro’s policy engine proposes transactions; the custody platform independently enforces quorum, address whitelists, and velocity limits. A compromise of Beastro alone cannot authorize a transfer.

Reserve Attribution and Yield Redistribution

  • Per-institution attribution of outstanding token supply to the credit union whose member relationship produced it.

  • Placement instruction generation directing reserve dollars back to that institution’s interest-bearing account at its corporate.

  • Limit and liquidity checks against redemption velocity and insurance coverage before any placement.

  • Reconciliation of attributed balances, placed reserves, and accrued interest against outstanding supply.

  • Keeps reserve dollars inside the credit union system rather than leaving for a money center bank, and scales as more corporates participate.

  • Yield-prohibition controls enforced in the policy engine rather than stated in a policy document, so nothing passes through to token holders.

Tokenized Deposits and Money Movement

Tokenized Deposit Issuance and Redemption

  • Issue, transfer, redeem, and burn atomically bound to core ledger entries.

  • Two-phase mint in which a core debit precedes token minting, with compensating reversal on any failure.

  • Permissioned transfer restrictions limiting movement to verified wallets.

  • Deposit insurance treatment documented, disclosed, and displayed at the point of transaction.

  • Insured and uninsured balance separation, so a member always knows which is which.

Tokenized Deposit Money Movement

  • Credit-union-to-credit-union deposit token transfers with the corporate as hub.

  • Corporate-to-corporate settlement as a first-class case, because transfers between two corporates’ memberships are the most valuable transactions the platform carries.

  • Programmable payment primitives: conditional release, scheduled and recurring payments, escrow, and multi-party splits.

  • Round-the-clock settlement, including outside banking hours and on weekends.

  • Disbursements and corporate settlement tokens for B2B and back-office flows, stablecoin and digital asset transaction stack.

  • Cross-border corridors where blockchain rails cost basis points against the three to six percent typical of correspondent banking.

Rail-Agnostic Payment Routing

  • One payment endpoint. The caller never names the rail — a single call carries amount, source, destination, and constraints such as settle-by time, maximum cost, and required finality.

  • Routing engine scores ACH, wire, RTP, FedNow, stablecoin, and deposit token on cost, speed, operating hours, counterparty reachability, limits, and foreign exchange.

  • Policy engine evaluates the same limits, sanctions, approval, and travel rule rules identically across every rail.

  • Graceful fallback. A stablecoin payment that fails, degrades to an alternative money movement rail/network rather than surfacing an error to the member.

  • Fraud scans embedded in the existing Beastro money-movement flows, extended to onchain destinations.

Treasury and Investments

Tokenized Treasury and Liquidity Sweep

  • Continuous sweep engine. Idle balance moves to a yield-bearing tokenized instrument at any hour and returns on demand for settlement.

  • Tokenized money market fund integration across the BUIDL, BENJI, and OUSG class of assets.

  • Intraday position visibility across fiat and tokenized holdings in one view.

  • Multilateral netting across participating credit unions.

  • Atomic settlement — payment-versus-payment for foreign exchange, delivery-versus-payment for securities.

  • Collateral management with an onchain repo evaluation.

  • AI-driven liquidity forecasting, delivered alongside the Beastro AI Marketplace.

Tokenized Loan Participations

  • Issuance, transfer, servicing waterfall, and reporting on a single ledger, replacing a manual, document-heavy process with multi-day settlement.

  • Fractional ownership and secondary transfer of participation interests.

  • Digital transfer agent services supplied through asset tokenization stack.

  • Securities law analysis required per instrument — participations may or may not be securities depending on structure, and no blanket opinion is available.
