Credit unions offering the Beastro Business service for business member origination use the Business Site tab to maintain the appearance of the Beastro Business site. Users with appropriate privileges will also use the Business Site tab to set up business organizations and maintain business users.  

Business Site Settings

Business Sites are websites for credit union members to log in and perform functions specific to a service. Once enabled, the credit union may use the link to provide to business members.

Allow Business Site and System Invitation Emails

The corporate will enable the Allow Business Site toggle once the credit union enrolls in the service. Once enabled, the Business Site URL will be activated. The Copy URL button allows the credit union to link the business site into online banking or other sites for business member access. Additionally, the System Send Invitation Emails link may be used for invitations for new Users to the Beastro Business site.

Support Contact Information

To ensure that business members are reaching out to the appropriate team at the credit union, the Support Contact Information provides fields to display Support Email and Support Phone Number contact information in the footer of the credit union's Beastro Business site.

To add or maintain support contact information, type information in the appropriate fields and click Save Changes. 

Business Site Theme

The credit union may upload Small and Expanded logos to display on the Beastro Business site. To ensure the Beastro Business site matches the credit union's branding, the credit union may select Profile Background Color, Profile Text Color, Title Bar Background Color, and Title Bar Text Color. 

To maintain the Beastro Business site theme, update the logos and/or colors and click Save Changes. 


Business Organizations

Credit unions may create and maintain business members that may access the Beastro Business site in the Business Organizations tab. Users can sort and filter each column in the Business Organizations card and export the results to Excel by clicking the Export to XLSX button. 

Business Organization Setup Pre-Steps
Business members must first be set up as Company Originators in the ACH Solutions Services area on the Company Originators tab. See the Services - ACH Solutions article, Company Originators tab.


Create New Business Organization

  1. From the Home screen, click the Member Details module
  2. Click the Business Site tab
  3. Select the Business Organizations tab
  4. Click Create New 
  5. Click the ACH Company Originator Lookup button or provide the Organization Name and Organization ID
    1. When using the button, find the Company Originator, click Select, and click Add to fill in the Organization Name and Organization ID
    2. The ACH Limit Linked will change from No to Yes
  6. Click Create

The new business will need to be approved by a second User at the credit union.

Modify Business Organization

  1. From the Home screen, click the Member Details module
  2. Click the Business Site tab
  3. Select the Business Organizations tab
  4. Click the Organization Name
  5. Click Modify Business button
  6. Update appropriate information
  7. Click Save Changes

Changes to the business organization will need to be approved by a second User at the credit union.

Allowed IP Addresses

Credit unions may restrict access to the credit union's Beastro Business site on the Allowed IP Addresses card. 

  1. From the Home screen, click the Member Details module
  2. Click the Business Site tab
  3. Select the Business Organizations tab
  4. Click Create New or the Organization Name for existing business members
  5. To add an IP address range, click the check box in the All column
  6. Add the IP address in the IP Address box (complete the second field for IP address ranges)
  7. Provide a Description if needed
  8. Click Save Changes

Approve New or Modified Business Organization or IP Address

  1. From the Home screen, click the Member Details module
  2. Click the Business Site tab
  3. Select the Business Change Requests tab
  4. Find and click the Business Change Request (BCR) number for the appropriate request
  5. Approve, Reject, or Cancel the request


Business Users

Credit unions are responsible for managing the Business Users associated with the Business Organizations. Filter to a specific business by selecting a business from the Organization name dropdown. Filter to specific business role by selecting a role from the Business role dropdown. Users may additionally sort and filter each column in the Business Organizations card and export the results to Excel by clicking the Export to XLSX button. Identify the business organizations the User is associated with by clicking the blue dropdown arrow next to the User Name.

Create New User

  1. From the Home screen, click the Member Details module
  2. Click the Business Site tab
  3. Select the Business Users tab
  4. Click Create New 
  5. Provide User Details
  6. Click Add Organization
  7. Search for and click the Select button for the appropriate business organization
  8. Assign the appropriate Roles and Monetary Limits for the User
  9. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to assign additional organizations to the User
  10. Provide Request Notes, if necessary
  11. Click Create

The new business User will need to be approved by a second User at the credit union.

Modify Business User

  1. From the Home screen, click the Member Details module
  2. Click the Business Site tab
  3. Select the Business Users tab
  4. Click the User Name
  5. Click Modify User button
  6. Update appropriate information
  7. Click Save Changes

Changes to the business organization will need to be approved by a second User at the credit union.

Reset Business User Password and/or Security Key

  1. From the Home screen, click the Member Details module
  2. Click the Business Site tab
  3. Select the Business Users tab
  4. Click the User Name
  5. Click Reset Password and/or Reset Security Key button(s)
  6. Click Save Changes
  7. Password and/or Security Key will be reset

Approve New or Modified Business User

  1. From the Home screen, click the Member Details module
  2. Click the Business Site tab
  3. Select the Business Change Requests tab
  4. Find and click the Business Change Request (BCR) number for the appropriate request
  5. Approve, Reject, or Cancel the request

Business Change Requests

Changes awaiting approval for business organizations or business users are found in the Business Change Requests tab.

The credit Union user may sort and filter the requests by using the fields located at the top of each column. 

  1. From the Home screen, click the Member Details module
  2. Click the Business Site tab
  3. Select the Business Change Requests tab
  4. Search and filter for the pending Business Change Request (BCR) number
  5. Click the BCR# hyperlink
  6. Review the request information
  7. Approve, Reject, or Cancel the request
