Navigate to Certificate Offers page
Click Create Request in the Action column to the right of the certificate to purchase
Enter the Purchase Amount
Review the purchase request agreement then select the I agree checkbox
Select the Create New button
The User will have a designated amount of time to complete the request. A timer counting down the second will display on the bottom of the page. If the time runs out the User will be notified and needs to start over. This is done to ensure that the most up-to-date rates published are being used. When a new request is created, a notification is sent to the corporate credit union. A review process will occur to approve or reject the purchase. When approved the certificate is created. If the current date is the settlement date, funding will occur immediately following the opening of the certificate. When the settlement date is in the future, funding will occur as soon as the system date matches the settlement date.
