Why is Beastro making me login twice?

On occasion, a User may be prompted to login into Beastro twice. This means the URL that was bookmarked has time sensitive information in it. When a User logs in for the first time after the site is bookmarked, the system will see that the tokens have expired and will force a second login with the correct tokens for that timeframe.

Symptoms:

If you have bookmarked the https://beastro-login.corporatecu.com/550ed1... URL, this will cause the duplicate login.

Fix:

Please edit your bookmark or favorite to be https://beastro.corporatecu.com

  • To Edit an existing favorite, go to the favorites bar in Edge or Chrome

Edge

  • Right click on the Favorite icon
  • Select Edit

I've logged in, but I am unable to see information related to my credit union - why?

Typically, this means that the IP Address you are using to access Beastro is not on the allow list. To confirm if the IP Address has been allowlisted, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to your initials in the upper right-hand corner
  2. Click Manage Your Profile
  3. In the Personal Info card, hover over the info icon on the Current IP Address field, or review the color of your IP Address text:
    1. Green = Allowed IP Address
    2. Red = Not Allowed IP Address

If the IP Address is not allowed or in red text, reach out to your credit union's Security Administrator - an individual with the privilege to maintain IP Addresses that may access Beastro.

If the IP Address is allowed or in green text, and you are not able to view information related to your credit union, please reach out to Member Services at memberservices@corpcu.com.

I'm not getting prompted for my PIN when authenticating at login - how come?

If your workstation does not appear to be recognizing your Security Key, make sure that it is inserted correctly. Depending on the make and model of your computer, USB ports may be in different positions and may have different colors.

Look at the USB port. There is a tab located inside of it. The Security Key's gold contacts should be inserted facing the tab. This ensures that contacts on the key are touching the contacts from within the USB port.

The example below shows the tab inside of the port. Again, the tab may be a different color on your workstation.

Below are the gold contacts of the Security Key that should be touching the bottom portion of the tab.

Once the Security Key has been successfully inserted into the port, the gold circle within the Security Key should flash, and your system may play a sound to acknowledge the new hardware.

When prompted, touch the gold circle to complete authentication.
