Q: I used to go to My Securities. Where do I go now?


A: Navigate to the Investments module, and from the Security Safekeeping tab select Security Summary.


Q: How do I see My Transactions?


A: Navigate to the Investments module, and from the Security Safekeeping tab select Security Transactions.



Q: Where do I see My Reports?


A: Safekeeping Monthly Statements will be accessible in the Documents Module, and will be named [Month YYYY] Safekeeping Monthly Statement.



Q: How will current users of the Safekeeping portal gain access to the Investments module in Beastro?

A: Users that are active in the current portal and are also enrolled and enabled in Beastro will be automatically assigned the Security Safekeeping Read Only role/privilege.  

 

Q: How are additional users able to gain access to the Investments module to see the Safekeeping screens?

A: A User Administrator from your credit union would add the Security Safekeeping Read Only role/privilege to any Beastro Users at your credit union that should have access to the Safekeeping screens.


Q: How far back will security and transaction history be available once everything has converted to Beastro?

A: Security and transaction history will be available from January 1, 2023.
