Security Transactions

Credit unions may review a summary of all transactions for securities that are safekept through the corporate through the Security Safekeeping tab, and then selecting Security Transactions. Users must have appropriate privileges to view information. 

Security Transactions

The Security Transactions card displays a list of transactions related to all securities, or CUSIPs, currently owned by the credit union. Users may use filtering tabs in addition to the standard filtering options to help narrow searches. Click the arrow next to the column header to sort the column. The orange arrow indicates which column is currently sorting the information. Search within a column by typing information into the Search box located just under the column header. Specify a custom date or dollar amount range by providing From and To dates or dollar amounts in date or dollar amount columns. To clear filters, click the x located in the search box, or click the Clear filters option at the top right side of the card. Results may be exported to PDF or Excel by clicking the Export to PDF or Export to XLSX button.


Users may select the number of Rows per page to view on the card. If there are multiple pages of transactions, Users may navigate through pages with the first, previous, next, and last buttons.


Field sizes may change based upon the size of the Beastro window.  Hovering over the Vendor Transaction Type name allows the User to view the full description.


To view additional information related to a specific transaction, click the Trans ID hyperlink. If there is no Trans ID, there was no automated posting of the transaction to the settlement account.


Within the Transaction Details card, a User may review detail such as Transaction Type, Amount, Description, and more. Additionally, the user may create a PDF of the detail by clicking the Export to PDF button.
