The ACH Solutions Services area is accessible by a User with ACH Settings Manager privileges.

From this screen, Users may view and update ACH Solutions settings. Additionally, credit unions offering the Beastro Business service for business member origination must utilize the Company Originators tab in this area to set up company originators.

Settings Tab

The Daily Origination Exposure Limits card displays the daily origination limits that are in place for the credit union. The View Volume Statistics link displays the Daily Average and Daily Maximum for debits and credits over the last 30 days.


Users may update the toggles in the Settings card to turn on or off:

  • Require Dual Approve Exposure Limit Requests
  • Allow Editing of Uploaded Files
  • Incoming File Date Cutoff Time
  • Incoming File Date Cutoff Timezone


Standard Entry Classes Tab

The Standard Entry Classes tab displays the Standard Entry Class codes that are enabled. 

Contact the corporate to update the enabled Standard Entry Class codes.


Company Originators Tab

Users may add, maintain, or delete Company Originators in this screen. Additionally, Users may sort and filter the list of company originators and export the results to Excel or PDF by clicking the Export to XLSX or Export to PDF button.

Business Organization Setup
Credit unions utilizing the Beastro Business option for business member ACH origination must set up business members as Company Originators in order to assign debit and credit limits.


Add New Company Originator

  1. From the Home screen, click the Member Details module
  2. Click the Services tab
  3. Select ACH Solutions
  4. Click Company Originators tab
  5. Click Create New
  6. Provide the following:
    1. Company ID
    2. Company Name
    3. Daily Debit Limit
    4. Daily Credit Limit
  7. Click blue dropdown arrow
    1. Turn off the toggle for any Standard Entry Class (SEC) codes that should not be enabled for the company originator
  8. Click Save Changes

Maintain Company Originator

  1. From the Home screen, click the Member Details module
  2. Click the Services tab
  3. Select ACH Solutions
  4. Click Company Originators tab
  5. Click the field of the company that needs to be maintained and update the information
  6. Click the blue dropdown arrow to maintain Standard Entry Class (SEC) codes 
    1. Turn toggles on or off for any Standard Entry Class (SEC) codes that should or should not be enabled for the Company Originator 
  7. Click Save Changes

Delete Company Originator

  1. From the Home screen, click the Member Details module
  2. Click the Services tab
  3. Select ACH Solutions
  4. Click Company Originators tab
  5. Click the Delete hyperlink to remove a Company Originator


Merged Routing Numbers Tab

Any additional routing numbers that are utilized for incoming ACH files (typically related to past mergers) are noted on the Merged RTNs tab. This field is maintained by the corporate.
