Beastro offers three basic reports related to user administration. Future releases will provide more robust filtering options.
Reports may be generated by individuals with the User Administration role.
The following reports are available:
- Access Change Audit Report - identifies User role and monetary limit changes made in the system to show only what was changed with old to new values, where applicable
- Access Change Request Report - identifies Access Change Requests that have been submitted and approved based on a selected date range; may filter by Email Address and/or Status
- User Authority Report - four reports in one document; User Roles Grouped by Role, User Roles Grouped by Member Contact, Monetary Limits Grouped By Service, Monetary Limits Grouped by Member Contact
- Utilization Report - identifies users that have accessed the system based on a selected date range; may filter by Email Address, IP Address, and/or Status
Only users with the User Administrator role may access Reports.
- Navigate to Member Details
- Click Reports tab
- Select the desired report
- Provide filtering details
- Click Generate Report
- In some cases, a pop-up blocker may need to be disabled for the report to generate
