The Wire Requested Actions screen provides an area for credit unions to review and monitor both incoming and outgoing responses and requests. The wires area and Wire Request Actions screen are visible only with applicable permissions. While responses and requests will still be reflected in the Outgoing and Incoming Wire screens, this area consolidates those types of wires into one area.
Wire Requested Actions include wires such as:
PAIN 013 Drawdown Request
PAIN 014 Drawdown Response
PACS 028 Drawdown Request Status
CAMT 110 Investigation Request
CAMT 111 Investigation Response
CAMT 056 Return Request
CAMT 029 Return Response
To help manage the Request/Response process, the wire now contains a “Response Status” value of “Open” or “Closed”. This status will stay open until either a response wire has been approved and sent OR someone has directly closed the request.
To view current and historical responses and requests, Users will provide searching and filtering information. Users may search and filter across the following column categories:
Wire ID
Member - Your credit union
Beneficiary/Creditor - Entity that received the request/response
Originator/Debtor - Entity that sent the request/response
Originator FI/Instructed Agent - Financial Institution that sent the request/response
Amount - Amount indicated in the request/response
Type - Wire Business Function Code and Type Code
Effective Date - Effective date of the request/response
