Access requests are required to enable portal access for a contact. Portal access gives individual contacts the ability to login to the Beastro platform to view account information, access statements and service summaries, and utilize the corporate's services. Access requests must be completed by two User Administrators with dual control.
The access requests area is visible by specific permissions. Here, User Administrators may enable, maintain, or disable Beastro portal access for Users.
The Access Requests card indicates the total number of access requests based on the filtering options selected. It is displayed as a table and features options for filtering and sorting. Click the arrow next to the column header to sort the column. Search within a column by typing information into the Search box located just under the column header, or by utilizing the column dropdown, if available. To clear filters, click the x located in the search box, or click the Clear filters option at the top right side of the card.
The contents of the dropdown box are listed below:
Dropdown Contents | |
---|---|
Request Status | All Statuses |

Users may select the number of Rows per page to view on the card. If there are multiple pages of access requests, Users may navigate through pages with the first, previous, next, and last buttons.
