The Beastro User security model uses roles to assign permissions sets. For User Administration, categorize Users by job function and security role and grant access based on roles. The User Administrator can add or remove roles for a User through an Access Request.
Permissions are defined by the corporate credit union User Administrator and assigned to roles. In this example, The Accounts View Only Role has three Permission sets View Accounts, View Account Transactions, and View Cash Letter Deposit Detail.
User Administrators must assign roles to Users that have access to Beastro. Roles related to some services, such as cash ordering, are only displayed when the credit union participates in the service. User roles and role sub-sets are defined as follows:
