Credit unions may review a summary of all securities that are safekept through the corporate, as well as details for each specific security through the Security Safekeeping tab. Users must have appropriate privileges to view information.
Security Safekeeping Summary
The Security Summary card displays a list of securities, identified by their CUSIPs, currently owned by the credit union. Users may use filtering tabs in addition to the standard filtering options to help narrow searches. Click the arrow next to the column header to sort the column. The orange arrow indicates which column is currently sorting the information. Search within a column by typing information into the Search box located just under the column header, or by utilizing the column dropdown, if available. Specify a custom date or dollar amount range by providing From and To dates or dollar amounts in date or dollar amount columns. To clear filters, click the x located in the search box, or click the Clear filters option at the top right side of the card. Results may be exported to PDF or Excel by clicking the Export to PDF or Export to XLSX button.
Users may select the number of Rows per page to view on the card. If there are multiple pages of CUSIPs, Users may navigate through pages with the first, previous, next, and last buttons.
Field sizes may change based upon the size of the Beastro window. Hovering over the Description name allows the User to view the full name of the CUSIP.
To view additional information related to a specific CUSIP, click the CUSIP hyperlink.
CUSIP Detail
The CUSIP Detail screen provides the user with information related to a selected CUSIP.
The uppermost card, CUSIP# - [9-Digit Code] identifies the specific CUSIP number. Here, the User may see information such as the Description and Issuer.
The Safekeeping Information card identifies the Asset Type, Holding Location, and Pledge Status, as well as various dates and values.
The final card displays Transaction History or Trade Ticket History (future functionality). Click the column header to change the view. Transaction History shows recent principal and/or interest payments related to the selected CUSIP.
Click Back to Security Summary List in the upper lefthand corner to navigate back to the Security Summary screen.
