Vendor Settings is where you setup a vendor that is providing corporate cash services.
Go to the Vendors left side menu in the platform and then select the vendor you wish to work with. Once the vendor is selected, choose the “Services” tab and you will see the “Corporate Cash” service.
Vendor Settings for Corporate Cash consist of the following:

Money Supply and Ordering Settings | Supplied By Fed? | Is this vendor supplied by the Federal Reserve? If Yes, this vendor will have Member Vaults that are setup for ATM/ITM orders. The Member Site Setup screen works differently depending on this setting. Also, any vendor supplied by the Fed will have orders show up in the Order Review screen since these order amounts need to be sent to the Fed. |
Money Supply and Ordering Settings | Allow ordering of New and Fit currency in the same order | When a member places an order, they can combine New and Fit currencies in the same order if Yes. |
Eligible Delivery Days | Identifies the days cash delivery is available from the vendor. Member Sites cannot be scheduled for delivery days that are not eligible from the vendor. Orders cannot be placed on days not available from the vendor. | |
Frequency Factors | Identifies frequencies and cost factors from the vendor. These frequencies show in the Member Site Setup screen for sites under this vendor. | |
Deposit Standards | Deposit amounts validated for Cash Deposits ordered by the member | |
Deposit Standards | Following Deposit Standards | “Yes” indicates the vendor only accepts Unfit denominations in the defined amounts of the Deposit Standard. “No” indicates the vendor will take any amounts of unfit currency. |
Order Standards and Restrictions | Order amounts validates for Cash Orders, ordered by the member. This also allows the disabling of a currency to be used for any reason a temporary restriction needs to be affected. | |
Order Standards and Restrictions | Disabled Currency Message | Optional – useful to notify the members why a currency is disabled when they place a cash order. |
