The enabling of Services is a critical step to ensuring member credit unions' Users are able to view modules and assign appropriate roles and monetary limits.
Corporate Users must select the member credit union from the selection dropdown in the upper left corner of the screen and then navigate to Member Details > Services.
Services that the member credit union is utilizing are displayed in dark blue text with the toggle switched to Used. Services that the member credit union is not currently utilizing are displayed in grey text with the toggle switched to Inactive.
Click the toggle for the service from Inactive to Used to enable or disable the service for the member credit union and click Save Changes.
