Welcome to Beastro! This Quick Start guide is designed to equip users with the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully access the application and navigate through commonly used functions.

Accessing Beastro

Navigate to https://beastro.corporatecu.com/. Users may have multiple instances of Beastro running at a given time.

Review System Requirements for preferred browser information.
Some privileges require users to have a whitelisted IP address. Review IP Address for information on adding and updating IP addresses in Beastro.

Logging In

Authorized Signers for your credit union will establish User Administrators to create and maintain your credit union's Users. Authorized Signers and User Administrators may follow the steps for Contacts and Access Requests to initiate user access.
Notifications are sent from corporatecu.com.  Organizations should allowlist the corporatecu.com domain in spam filter
User Administrators must enroll contacts into the Beastro system prior to initial access. Once enabled, the User will receive an invitation via email. The invitation will contain a link that directs the User to provide an email address and click Send verification code. A six-digit code will be sent to the User's email address.

Email addresses must match what is on file for the User within the Beastro system.

Once the verification code is received, the User will type or copy/paste it into the Verification Code box and click Verify code. If necessary, the User may elect to Send new code. Any new codes requested would be sent to the email address on file for the User.

Once the code has been verified, the User may click Continue to proceed with the registration process.

After a User has completed the first-time login registration, subsequent logins will require entry of the User's email address and the password created during registration.

If an incorrect email address or password is entered, the User will receive the following message: "Invalid username or password."
