The order review screen is used to review the orders that need to be pulled for the selected Order Review date. Operations reviews this screen daily at the appropriate time to pull orders that need to be sent to the Federal Reserve and/or the cash delivery service vendor.
Orders are separated by armored carrier vendor and/or Federal Reserve Bank ordering branch. Corporate Users may review orders by either clicking the blue plus sign to expand orders under a specific vendor/branch, or by clicking the Expand All Tabs hyperlink on the upper right side of the card.
Orders set to be pulled may be reviewed and edited in the Order Review screen. This allows last-minute cancellations and edits, such as edits to coin orders, to be performed by the corporate User. To view specific order detail, expand from the specific vendor/branch to the member credit union, and then to the member credit union branch. Member credit union branch orders with the Open checkbox checked will be pulled and sent. All orders are automatically selected to be pulled. To stop an order from sending, uncheck the box. To edit an order, click the Order # hyperlink. The corporate User is navigated back to the order, where it may be edited. All order edits are recorded in the Activity Stream, which is visible to both the corporate and the member credit union.
When the corporate User is ready to pull the orders, the Pull Cash Orders button is clicked, an XML file is created and must be saved in an appropriate location while awaiting upload to the Federal Reserve Bank.
Pulling a cash order does the following:
- Changes the order status to Pulled
- Order can no longer be edited
- Order will be sent to vendor via vendor integration services
- Cash Order withdrawal will be posted at end of day processing to member account
- Generates a Fed File that can be uploaded to the Fed Cash website
After a Fed File has been uploaded, an acknowledgement number provided from the Fed Site can be attached to the Fed File by entering the number in the Fed ACK # box and clicking Save Changes.
